We hold a DEFRA Type 2 ‘Conditional’ Animal Transporter Authorisation, which legally allows us to transport pets on UK journeys up to 12 hours. While this specific level of licensing doesn’t mandate a formal vehicle inspection, we didn’t want to settle for ‘standard.’ We chose to self-regulate by custom-fitting our van with escape hatches, full insulation, and climate control – features that exceed the basic requirements for this license.
Clinical-Grade Hygiene with Safe4
Biosecurity is our top priority. We exclusively use Safe4 disinfectant – the same clinical-grade cleaner used by vets and zoos. It is independently proven to kill serious pathogens like Parvovirus and Kennel Cough, yet it is non-toxic and safe for your pets. We hoover and deep-clean the entire van after every single journey. No exceptions.
