Dog walker Kington.  Anne is so good with my 2 mutts! She’s a busy lady but still reliable and if ever she needed to slightly adapt times she communicates it well and makes up for it. Better yet my reactive dog seems to be in a much better place after just a week of shortish walks with her!  I honestly wondered if I’d not looked properly and he was a different dog!  Recommended!

Anne at Muttmeisters is one of the most kind, genuine, caring and loving transporters you could ever meet. Anne recently drove one of our very shy, nervous beautiful souls, Amber, from Dover up to the North West and made her journey as pleasant and as comfortable and stress free as possible. She gives that very personal touch and that is why all the doggies warm too her – thank you so much Anne for everything you do

Exceptional pet courier – 5 star!   The level of service from Anne at MuttMeisters has been exceptional.  Collected 2 Toy poodles for me.  Lovely, friendly and super caring to the puppies.  The process was very simple, and will definitely use her again int he future.  Can’t recommend her highly enough.

We recently had several of our dogs transported hundreds of miles by Anne and the service was great throughout. We were kept up-to-date on arrival times, the vehicle was squeaky clean and the different sized compartments and bedding worked well for our dogs. Anne is reliable, punctual and caring so we couldn’t have asked for more.

Anne couldn’t have been more brilliant. Super communicative, responding fast and helpfully ahead of picking our new puppy Toast up, and kept me in touch all along the way – and the journey was over 5 hours! Clearly he was in safe hands. Very reasonably priced for outstanding service, would highly highly recommend.

Anne has done a brilliant job of looking after and transporting my cat. Highly recommend MuttMeisters.

We recently used MuttMeisters Pet Transport to move our dog, Copper, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organised, and truly focused on Copper’s well-being, “The communication was outstanding; we received photo updates every few hours, Anne was incredibly caring and clearly passionate about animals. They made sure Copper was comfortable, had regular breaks, and plenty of water throughout the journey. When Copper arrived, he was clearly not stressed, which is the best indicator of a positive transport experience. We highly recommend MuttMeisters to anyone needing safe, reliable, and compassionate pet transport. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boy!

Anne was fantastic! Kept in communication with us before and during transport of Ozzy. Checked up on us after hand over and was really lovely to chat to. Would recommend.

Anne transported our little dog to his new home. It was an emotional time for us and she was very supportive and compassionate. Our dog loved her straight away and we knew he’d be in the best hands for his journey. I’d highly recommend Anne and Muttmeisters for your pet transport.

I have recently use MuttMeisters, and can say that they were very friendly and totally professional in their transportation of our pet.

They did exactly what was expected, very prompt and efficient. They also gave great care to our pet during the trip to our home.

I would thoroughly recommend MuttMeisters to everyone for the transportation of their pets.

We recently moved into the area and have a large German Shepherd dog that has separation anxiety and can be a bit boisterous, typical GSD.

We discovered Anne at MuttMeisters and she has been brilliant with our dog and keeping him calm and also to exercise him. This now means we can have the freedom to do other things now as before we would have to take him with us everywhere.

Honestly excellent pet courier service.  Tailored to suit my last minute emergency needs.  Honestly, highly recommended.  Professional and empathetic.  5 star service without a doubt.  Will be using again if needed for sure!

I was recommended to contact Anne by kennels where the dog I was pet sitting for stays. Anne’s communication was amazing before, during and after the trip. I booked a drop off at the kennels, and it was only a short trip (30 mins travel) but Anne’s passion and care shone through in organising this. She arrived at the time she said , the van was immaculate and suitable for the large dog she was transporting and her whole demeanour from the van to her uniform was totally professional. Meeting Anne on the day, you could immediately feel the warmth and love she has for animals.
I would definitely use Anne again if the need arises and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for pet transport. Thanks MuttMeisters 😁

What can I not say about this service. From the first email sent to MuttMeisters to the end delivery, everything ran smoothly, and the lady was brilliant with my new rescue dog, she knew she was nervous and still went out of her way to keep Sandy (at the time that was her name) as calm as possible. I would recommend this service to anybody who wishes to transport animals, truly caring people I can’t praise them any higher, and that is something coming from me who does not give praise lightly.

Safety first – Would most certainly recommend Anne’s pet transport service – MUTTMEISTERS.

Being a very knowledgeable dog owner herself Anne takes very good care of her furry charges.  Nothing is too much trouble, updates en route and very comfortable travel from A – B.

Thank you.

Booking my new dog’s transport was a simple process and I felt confident that MuttMeisters had the required expertise for the job and also had fully considered my dog’s health and safety during the journey. Communication throughout was excellent, I knew when my dog started his journey and an approximate ETA. Anne cared about my dog and was very good even though he has had a difficult past and is very frightened of people and changes to his life. Yogi was handled compassionately. The price was also very competitive and saved me the journey, which meant my time was free for my other dogs. I would recommend this service.

Anne is a lovely lady and a real animal lover – she is professional and keeps you up to date throughout the journey

Anne transferred Louie, a young French Bulldog for our rescue from Liverpool to Kilmarnock.  Louie arrived very happy and was not at all stressed from the lengthy journey. The van was very clean and spacious

Her prices are amazing considering the time she was on the road and the distance covered.  We would definitely recommend Anne and MuttMeisters to anyone and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Anne transported our sensitive Bengal cat on a 5+ hour journey (house move). She put our minds at ease explaining how she would check on him throughout the trip. Her caring nature towards him was commendable. He arrived very happy and none the worst for his trip. The van was very clean, spacious and sanitised for the trip. Would definitely recommend MuttMeisters to anyone and if necessary, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Highly recommend MuttMeisters. Anne delivered my dachshund fresh and happy to me after a long journey from Kettering to Hereford.  Anne is an experienced dog handler,l and ovely lady. Highly recommend her services.

We had a fantastic day out. My dog thoroughly enjoyed it on the beach. The transport was 1st class. Anne was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend the Doggy Days Out.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, Our GSD does not take to many people but seemed more than happy with MuttMeisters, would recommend with no hesitation.

I can’t recommend Anne and her pet taxi service highly enough. She was kind, considerate, and incredibly organised throughout what turned out to be a very difficult situation. Her calm, supportive presence made a huge difference during a tough time, and she handled everything with such diplomacy and care.

Anne doesn’t just think about logistics. She really understands both people and animals, and that sensitivity sets her apart. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely thoughtful. If you’re looking for someone you can truly rely on, Anne is it.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Anne. She kept us updated at all times and despite severe weather conditions she made sure our cats were looked after. Thoroughly recommend.
