We recently moved into the area and have a large German Shepherd dog that has separation anxiety and can be a bit boisterous, typical GSD.
we discovered Anne at MuttMeisters and she has been brilliant with our dog and keeping him calm and also to exercise him. This now means we can have the freedom to do other things now as before we would have to take him with us everywhere.

I was recommended to contact Anne by kennels where the dog I was pet sitting for stays. Anne’s communication was amazing before, during and after the trip. I booked a drop off at the kennels, and it was only a short trip (30 mins travel) but Anne’s passion and care shone through in organising this. She arrived at the time she said , the van was immaculate and suitable for the large dog she was transporting and her whole demeanour from the van to her uniform was totally professional. Meeting Anne on the day, you could immediately feel the warmth and love she has for animals.

What can I not say about this service. From the first email sent to Muttmeisters to the end delivery, everything ran smoothly, and the lady was brilliant with my new rescue dog, she knew she was nervous and still went out of her way to keep Sandy (at the time that was her name) as calm as possible. I would recommend this service to anybody who wishes to transport animals, truly caring people I can’t praise them any higher, and that is something coming from me who does not give praise lightly.

Booking my new dog’s transport was a simple process and I felt confident that Muttmeisters had the required expertise for the job and also had fully considered my dog’s health and safety during the journey. Communication throughout was excellent, I knew when my dog started his journey and an approximate ETA. Anne cared about my dog and was very good even though he has had a difficult past and is very frightened of people and changes to his life. Yogi was handled compassionately. The price was also very competitive and saved me the journey, which meant my time was free for my other dogs. I would recommend this service.

Anne transferred Louie, a young French Bulldog for our rescue from Liverpool to Kilmarnock. Louie arrived very happy and was not at all stressed from the lengthy journey. The van was very clean and spacious

Anne transported our sensitive Bengal cat on a 5+ hour journey (house move). She put our minds at ease explaining how she would check on him throughout the trip.
