Since starting our business a year ago, we’ve transported many of your pets across the UK and we’re absolutely loving it.
Sometimes people have to relinquish their pets due to circumstances, but many are just adopting new pets from rescues or buying from breeders or moving home.
It’s a great feeling knowing that a pet, that was once in a rescue, or one that has had a bad time, is going to a loving home.
We often follow up with our customers to check on the pets and glad to hear that most of the dogs and cats we’ve transported are very happy with their new packs and settle in nicely.
Occasionally a pet may take a bit longer to settle in to their new homes, but their new owners persevere and we love that.
On rare occasions, they’re not a good fit and need to be returned, but they soon find alternative homes where they do gel with their new pack.
If you’re worried about using a transporter, please don’t be. Official transporters MUST adhere to strict animal welfare guidelines set out by DEFRA, by law. So your pet will be in safe hands.
Unfortunately, there are some out there that are not licensed so don’t know the rules, and are breaking them. Even worse there are many scammers just trying to rip people off so please be very cautious when it comes to trusting people to transport your fur babies.
As an official transporter we make sure your pets are well taken care of and travel in comfort. This means taking care while driving so as not to stress them out on route. Stopping to check on your pet throughout the journey – this includes offering refreshments, toilet breaks and cleaning up any mishaps that may occur.
