We have exciting news for our community, supporters, and rescue partners. Recently, our VIP transport service passed strict vehicle inspections and regulatory checks. Consequently, we now hold a full Type 2 Long-Journey Licence for journeys over eight hours. In addition, authorities issued our official Vehicle Approval Certificate.

Animal welfare is our absolute top priority. Therefore, our VIP transport vehicle meets the highest safety, ventilation, and space standards. These legal standards ensure complete safety during long-distance transport.

Where we are operate

We operate right out of Herefordshire. From this base, we act as a main transport link for busy UK entry points. Specifically, we serve airports and hubs within a comfortable four-hour driving radius. For example, we make collections and deliveries seamless at Manchester, Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted. Furthermore, we handle arrivals from Dover and other UK ferry ports.

From these entry points, we safely manage travel anywhere in England, Wales, and Scotland. Generally, our day-to-day runs stay closer to home. However, we remain fully licensed for extended national travel. Consequently, we can cover Scottish hubs like Edinburgh and Glasgow upon request.

Our Route Limits

We want to keep our focus sharp and our standards high. Therefore, we exclusively serve domestic UK routes. In fact, we have no plans to expand into mainland Europe or Ireland at this time.

Strict DEFRA handover rules apply:

We must remind our rescue partners about a crucial legal standard. Under DEFRA rules, roadside or car park handovers are entirely illegal for all transporters. Similarly, service station drop-offs break transit laws. Because of this, we strictly follow every regulation.
